Acres of dense and dark forest surround the institute. Here packs of wild animal roam freely and make shelter where they may. The bright sunlight pierces through clearings, lighting up the soil and warming the fresh mountain air.

As Rogue walked out of the high school just trying to avoid another fight. Today had been a bad day. It seemed like a lot of people were trying to pick a fight with her just because she was a mutant. Rogue was kinda hoping that Scott would come and pick some of them up. Sure after he graduated there was no point in coming back to this school but Rogue had seen that once and a while he had come to pick them up. Walking through the streets Rogue could feel eyes on her. Knowing they were looking at her because she was a mutant.
Rogue finally got to the mansion she opened the gates and walked in. Rogue noticed only a few other students going inside but not all of them. Rogue really didn’t want to go inside just yet. She wasn’t in the best of moods. Rogue turned a little and began to walk to the semi forest area of the mansion. Not going to deep in she found a shady spot and sat down. Placing her bag next to her Rogue just rested her back on a tree. Looking up all she could really see was branches covered in leaves.
“To bad they know about us.” Rogue said “Dis is so stupid. Were the good guys but yet the still see us as monsters.” Rogue new not all humans hated mutants just there weren’t to many around or they didn’t say any thing to them
