* Telepathic Illusion: ability to create realistic telepathic illusions and cause people to experience events which are not actually occurring.
* Telepathic Cloak: can mask his presence from being detected by others. His abilities can at times go undetected or be counteracted by other more powerful telepaths depending on their level of skill in using their own psi abilities. He can extend these defenses to others around him as well.

Charles Xavier has a dream where Mutants and Humans live together in perfect harmony and peace, as equals. His long-time friend, Magnus does not believe this is possible. Professor used his family's fortune to build a school for the ever-growing mutant community, to teach them to use their new found powers safely and with responsibility.
In order to fight for the dream he believes to be the future, Charles put together his team of X-Men, named not for Xavier's moniker, but for the gene in Mutant DNA that enables them to have their powers. Alongside his X-Men, he strives to defend and protect the humans that would otherwise be targets of more violent factions of mutant-kind.

Charles sat in his chair and reached out to the world. Cerebro was active and Charles was looking for any new mutants. After a few minutes he located a mutant power emerging and sent a mental message to the X-men.
Everyone, meet in the hanger suited up. We have a new mutant power emerging.
Charles removed the Cerebro interface helmet and made his way to the hanger. Once there he saw Scott, Jean, Logan, Kurt and Kitty waiting for him.
"It would seem that a young boy has just shown his powers. Cerebro put his location in Florida, somewhere in Miami. But be ready. The young boys powers seem very powerful for having only just emerged. Now, lets go."
