Power: Scott has the ability to emit a red beam of destructive light from his eyes. So far the only thing that seems to block the laser are is Ruby quartz sunglasses. when caught without them Scott's eyes are like a high powered laser that are concentrated into a powerful beam. the beams do not transfer heat at all even though they look very hot. they only transfer force.
Personality: Scott is a born leader to put it into easy terms. Being the leader that he is Scott is it's no wonder he's leading the X-men right under Charles Xavier and other teachers at the institute. Scott usually jumps at the opportunity to help out and recruit new members.
History: At a very young age Scott and his brother Alex were forced out of their parent's air plane. after the traumatic fall Scott was informed that they had not found his brother so he assumed that he had been killed. Scott was transfered from foster home to foster home in his early childhood and luckily was taken in by Charles Xavier at his institute.

The sun gleamed off of Scott's sunglasses as it rose. the institute was glorious in the dawn hours. Of course he couldn't enjoy the dawn because of early morning practice in the danger room. And for the most part he was okay with it but it did get annoying especially when he wanted to sleep that extra hour before heading off to school.
"Ya gotta love early morning practice." mumbled Scott as he walked down the long hallway heading for the danger room.
Scott stopped by the kitchen to grab a quick bite before getting shot at for an hour. luckily a piece of toast popped out of the toaster as he entered the room. Scott looked around to see if anyone else was around to claim the toast. With the coast clear he quickly snagged the bread and buttered it.
"Hope this wasn't Kurt's." thought Scott as he walked out of the room with the toast half gone already.
